House Designs

Gated Community
From the public highway 550 meters of landscaped dual carriageway takes you over private land to the Resort Entrance, which will be manned 24 hours a day.

Shops / Offices
A range of shops, restaurants and other facilities will be provided to ensure the Resort is self contained. It is intended that these will include a supermarket, medical clinic, dentist, optician, banking, hairdressing and a commercial center.

Guest House
The resort will have its own five star-rated Guest Lodge. A choice of accommodation will be available including rooms, suites and log cabins. The spa will be housed in the Lodge along with restaurants and pools.

Villas
Three sizes of plots are available: Nominally 600, 1,000 and 2,000 square meters. There will be a variety of house designs to choose from that have been created by a local architect. All the bedrooms in all the villa designs are en suite. The Xel-Ha property is the only 2 storey design. The brief ensures all properties retain a style appropriate to their location whilst catering for individual preferences within the plan. Various sizes of property can be chosen so long as the scale is appropriate and complementary to the size and shape of the plot.

Condominiums
There is a choice of Condominiums from 90 sqm studios to 120 sqm penthouses.
